Since becoming a Mental Health Professional in 2012 and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in 2017, my empathetic constitution has guided many clients towards healing. I am passionate about seeing clients overcome their struggles for a happier life, and I bring enthusiasm and commitment to my role as your therapist.

I integrate the Existential approach, to help foster greater meaning and purpose in your life, with the Holistic approach, to help you pursue your best self. I have a diverse skillset and work with a wide variety of people, valuing individuality by creating a person-centered treatment plan with your goals in mind.

Therapy is a journey through past trauma towards making more informed choices for a better future, despite the fears and anxieties it may bring.
